WP3: Sensitivity analysis using adjoint methods
Objectives:
- Development of a robust, efficient and versatile open-source solver with continuous adjoint suitable for inclusion into the automotive PDP.
- Development of a solver-independent continuous adjoint solver suitable for pairing with any of the commercial CFD solvers in the automotive PDP.
- Development of a discrete adjoint solver using automatic differentiation from a complex commercial multi-physics CFD code.
Tasks:
Task 3.1: Open source adjoint solver (continuous)
